This hillside Luxury villa in Ibiza is surrounded with pine forests and is a short distance from the buzzy, beautiful beaches of Cala Conta. . Being south West orientated the villa has superb sea views across this specular part of the Ibiza coastline.

There are four double bedrooms, each with glass headboards, a TV and an en suite bathroom with twin sinks.

Two rooms can have twin beds on request.

The 29sq m master bedroom has a king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the sea and a shower in the en suite bathroom.

There’s a second 29sq m bedroom with a king-size bed.

Both 30sq m double/twin rooms have showers and baths in their en suite bathrooms.

Interior

The main living space on the ground floor is set over three areas, which can be separated by glass doors or curtains. A bright and breezy house with all-white interiors and exteriors, double-height ceiling in the hallway. The living space opens out to both the sunset-facing front terrace and the shady dining terrace to the back, via sliding doors. The indoor and outdoor dining areas seat eight. There is a modern kitchen with a laundry room next door.

Outdoors

The 84sq m pool has a shallow sitting area around the edge, with a deep, tear-shaped section in the middle surrounded by sleek sun loungers. There is an extra WC under the house by the pool. Outdoor lounge area with daybeds and an outside dining area with BBQ for 8 comfortably.
