The villa is divided into two levels, with the upper level housing 3 master bedrooms and the lower level accommodating the remaining 6 master bedrooms.

The mansion offers the option of renting only 6 or 3 bedrooms for periods as of 01/04-30/06 or 07/09-30/10.

According to the latest Greek Law Regulations, an extra climate change resilient fee of 15 € / villa / night that is not included in rental rate.
